What to do if you need replacement parts:

1. Get make and model number from barbecue decal plate.
(the model number is often found on the right hand side of the bottom shelf or on the back support bracket of the barbecue).

2. Call or visit or North Vancouver location for expert advice and knowledgeable sales staff. 165 Pemberton Ave. North Vancouver, BC, V7P 2R4

3. Email pictures of the parts you require to our we will reply within 1-3 hours during regular business hours.

4. Click here for a recommended canadian online store select your make and model, add parts to your cart and have them shipped to your door.                             

5. Wait for delivery of your barbecue parts from the online store or bring in the old parts to our North Vancouver location for replacement. 

We will replace your parts from our onsite warehouse.
(special order or non-stocking items can take from 2-4 weeks to arrive)
