We require pictures or the original burners shipped to us for inspection
We Will contact you by email if we have not received pictures 48 hours after claim is received.

All RED fields must be complete.

We require the model and serial number for all warranties.

For any burner claims, we require the original burners or digital pictures of the burners e-mailed to us.

The manufacturer does not supply or pay for any labour for removal or replacement of any parts.
Johnstones currently covers the following manufacturers: Broil King, Weber, & Vermont Castings.
DCS Customers please call the store you purchased from during regular business hours.
We can only process parts warranty for barbecues purchased from Johnstones.
- We are able to process parts warranty claims for one year from date of purchase. For in stock items, ie. burners, heat plates, cooking grills, ignitors, hoses, etc, these may be available for an in store pick up.
- Special order items that need to ordered from the manufacturer, ie. items we dont stock (ovens, lids, bottom shelf side shelves, etc). We will forward your claim to the manufacturer for processing.
- For any burner claims, we require the original burners or digital pictures of the burners e-mailed to us. We cannot process burner claims without pictures or the burner. (Please note that burners are only covered if holes are rusted completely through, surface rust is not covered)
- The manufacturer does not supply or pay for any labour for removal or replacement of any parts.
- Parts will be shipped to address given. or in store pick available.
Please allow three to four business days to process your claim.
