Glossary:

Special Order - Items we normally don't stock but can get from our supplier. These items are usually 1-4 weeks away. (Special Order Items are available for in-store pickup only) We require a 15% deposit (non refundable) on any special order item. We will contact you for payment in advance to reduce cancelled orders.

In-Stock - This product is in stock and will ship or be available for pickup as soon as possible. Usually Ships or is Ready for Pickup in 1-2 Business Days.
Product stocks are updated twice a day at 10:00am and 5:00pm during business days.

Out of Stock - We are currently out of stock on this item, it may be coming in soon, please call to check if it is on order. These products are not reservable in-store online, please call if you would like to call when in-stock.

Backorders Available - This product is not in-stock but is available for order, we will contact you as soon as it arrives to arrange delivery or pickup. (Only Available on large items such as barbecues, patio heaters etc.)

Restocking Fee - There is a 15% restocking fee on all orders returned after 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Delivery - Johnstone's offers delivery on products that cannot be shipped by Canada Post. We will deliver within 100km of our store. Minimum $60 delivery charge - additional charges may apply depending on the actual distance from the store's location, items ordered and special circumstances (stairs or doorway size).
