How and when are Orders Shipped and Delivered?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. We offer Postal Office pickup, and PO box shipping. (Post office shipping not availale on Regular Parcel.)
All orders may require up to 1 to 2 business days processing time before shipping. Please wait for your order pickup confirmation before coming to the store.
Johnstones.com does not process orders during weekends and we do not guarantee same day shipping. Though we make every effort to do so.
Most Canadapost parcels will take approximately 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination, plus processing time.
Orders placed separately will be shipped as separate shipments. We cannot combine multiple orders for shipping after an order has been placed. Order cancellation and change requests may not always be processed before your order has shipped.
Though we will make every effot to do so when possible.
Damages / Shortages
Although very infrequent, if your order is missing a product, or if you receive a damaged item or damaged package it must be reported to the shipping company immediately, and to Johnstones Products Ltd. immediately. You must notify us within 24hrs of receiving your package. This will allow us to remedy the problem for you by submitting a damages claim. You must take clear photos of the product and packaging and email them to Johnstones Products Ltd. You must keep all packaging materials, boxes, paper, bubble wrap etc.
Why can't some items be shipped?
Some items are too heavy or too large for shipping.
Some items may be fragile and we want to make sure that you receive your purchase in one piece.
These items are available for in-store pick up only.
If you choose Canada Post Shipping as your shipping method, your will be given a Canada Post Tracking Number. This service will allow you to monitor your package as it makes its way to its final address.
When your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation containing a tracking confirmation number.
You can check the status of your shipment in the following ways:
- Follow the instructions included in your shipping confirmation email to track your order through the carrier's website
