1. Have the brand name, model number and serial number when you call us.
(the model number is often found on the right hand side of the bottom shelf or on the back support bracket of the barbecue).

3. Email pictures of the parts you require to our parts@johnstones.com we will reply within 24 hours during regular business hours. (we cannot guarantee the 1-3 hours we previously stated)

4. We will replace your parts from our on-site warehouse.
