Johnstone’s Products Ltd is a family run business located in North Vancouver and serving the entire Lower Mainland. Originally started in 1975 as an appliance parts and service company, today Johnstone’s specializes in Grills, Smokers, Barbecues, Outdoor kitchen components, Outdoor heating, Fire pits and Repair parts for all our products. Johnstone’s is committed to only selling repairable products backed by a supply chain of parts. Johnstone’s primarily sell North American made products and where possible focuses on Canadian brands. We are very proud to assist you in prolonging the life of your grill with cleaning supplies, maintenance advice and repair parts helping you keep it out of the landfill.

Our History
The business was founded by Gary Johnstone as an appliance parts and service company. In the course of selling appliance parts, he had several requests from customers regarding availability of barbecue parts. After years in the appliance business he took a new direction in 1990 bringing in both Barbecues and replacement parts to sell. In July of 1995, he changed our name to Johnstone's Products Ltd. and expanded the business to take on this new direction selling a variety of products including indoor gas and wood fireplaces.
In 2003 Johnstone's transitioned out of the indoor fireplace business and focused on our core products; Barbecues and Barbecue parts. In the winter of 2013 Johnstone's again expanded its showroom to enhance our display of quality built-in barbecues. This newer showroom is an outdoor style room with built-in barbecues, fire pits, working electric patio heaters and more.
In 2015 Johnstone’s transitioned to the 2nd generation and is now run by Gary’s son Jamie Johnstone and his wife Serena.
In 2020 Johnstone’s further expanded the outdoor showroom to include our large onsite parts department. We stock OEM replacement parts for all our brands and basic universal barbecue parts for off shore brands.
