About Us at Johnstone's Barbecues and Barbecue Parts

Johnstone's Products Ltd. is family run business located in North Vancouver which originated 37 years ago (1975) as an appliance parts and service company. Today, Johnstone's Products Ltd has grown to serve a network of Customers across Western Canada supplying everything from parts and accessories to barbecues, barbecue islands and outdoor fireplaces.

The business was founded by Gary Johnstone as an appliance parts and service company. In the course of selling appliance parts, we had several requests from our customers regarding availability of barbecue parts and after 20 years in the appliance business we have taken a new direction since 1990. In July of 1995, we changed our name to Johnstone's Products Ltd. and expanded the business to take on this new direction selling a variety of products including indoor gas and wood fireplaces.

In 2003 Johnstone's got out of the indoor fireplace business after 6 years and focused on our core products; barbecues and barbecue parts. In July of 2006 we re-modeled the front of the store, and in the winter of 2006 Johnstone's again expanded its showroom to further its display of quality barbecues. This new showroom is an outdoor style room with our built-in barbecues, firepits, electric patio heaters and more on display. (working outdoor fireplace/firepit displays) In the winter of 2010 we again expanded our outdoor style display showroom to include Lynx Professional Grills.

Johnstone's expanded its main showroom to include a large display of built-in barbecues and ready to install grill modules. We also have on display 5 different outdoor campfires / fire pits, along with our three excellent lines of free standing propane or natural gas patio heaters. Also check out our fabulous line of outdoor electric wall mount heaters, they provide the warmth and comfort of radiant infrared heat with no sound and the convenience of electricity.
We Offer Service of most major brands including Broil King, Weber, DCS, Ducane, Fire Magic, Twin Eagles, Lynx and many more canadian and US made barbecues.

We offer in shop service on all Canadian or USA made, UL and CSA approved products. We stock manufacturers replacement parts. Call us today for a estimate on repair.
