Our delivery teams will:
  • Fire-test the product to insure consistency of flame height and ignition,
    if there is a connected gas line, or LP tank filled.
  • Check to insure all components are complete.
  • Recheck fit and finish of barbecue.
  • Demonstrate how to turn the BBQ on/off.
  • Present owner's manual.
  • Recycle your old grill, if requested.
Our delivery teams are not able to:
  • Run gas lines.
  • Deliver or fill LP Tanks.

  • Sorry, we do not clean barbecues.
  • We do not design custom barbecues nor do we recommend building your own grill for safety reasons.

Labour Rates: (basic rates)

In Shop Service

  • $30 Diagnostic Fee for BBQ's (paid before work is performed)
  • $40 Diagnostic Fee for Patio Heaters (paid before work is performed)
  • $60 hr (billed in 15 min increments)
  • N/C 90 day Warranty labour *

In Shop Service on:

  • Barbecues
  • Patio Heaters
  • Portable Barbecues
  • We do not clean barbecues

We currently do not offer in-home service at this time

We will make our best effort to repair import barbecues and patio heaters but we offer no guarantees on reparability. (in-shop only)*

Non-stocking replacement parts may take upto one month to arrive at our store (if sooner we will let you know)Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the arrival of parts and repair time of the barbecue.

We are able to convert most barbecues to another gas type.
We can only do this if the manufacturer has replacment parts to do so.From LP to NG / NG to LP

We reserve the right to change labour rates without notice and on the spot depending on condition of unit and work required. Please note that many barbecues are not convertible. eg: All 2007 and newer Weber Genesis and Weber Summit Gas grills cannot be converted.

Gerneral Policy

For special order barbecues, parts or accessories, payment in full is required before ordering and is non-refundable and are non-returnable.
Standard stocking parts, which are normally in stock but are back ordered, can be returned with a 15% restocking charge.

Parts Purchasing Policy

Special order parts, payment in full is required before ordering and is non-refundable and non-returnable.Stocking parts can be returned with NO restocking charge.Warranty Parts purchased from our store have a 90 day Replacement Warranty. Claims are limited to the original purchaser and receipt is required.
