Parts Purchasing Policy
Special order parts, payment in full is required before ordering and is non-refundable and non-returnable.
Stocking parts can be returned with NO restocking charge.
Warranty
Parts purchased from our store have a 90 day Replacement Warranty.
Claims are limited to the original purchaser and receipt is required.

- We do not design custom barbecues nor do we recommend building your own grill for safety reasons.

Labour Rates: (basic rates)
In Shop Service
- $30 Diagnostic Fee (paid before work is performed)
- $60 hr (billed in 15 min increments)
- N/C 90 day Warranty labour *
In Home Service
- $80 service call includes the first 30 min
- $40 for each ½ hour after that
- $40 90 day Warranty labour *
We will make our best effort to repair import barbecues and patio heaters but we offer no guarantees on reparability. (in-shop only)

In Shop Labour Rates for Conversion:(replacement factory parts only)
We are able to convert most barbecues to another gas type. We can only do this if the manufacturer has replacment parts to do so.

We reserve the right to change labour rates without notice and on the spot depending on condition of unit and work required.
Please note that many barbecues are not convertible.
eg: All 2007 and newer Weber Genesis and Weber Summit Gas grills cannot be converted.
