Johnstone's is committed to providing you quality after sales care. We stock the most common parts for all the brands we sell to ensure your purchase is operating well for many, many years to come.  We give advice on use and care, maintenance requirements, DIY parts and can refer you to local trades if the repair/replacement job is beyond your comfort level.  We do not offer in home service but can recommend those who do.  Special order replacement parts may need to be ordered through the manufacturer. We are unable to offer in-shop service at this time.
