How and when are Orders Shipped and Delivered?
All orders outside the Lower Mainland are shipped via Canada Post.
Johnstones.com does not process orders during weekends and we do not guarantee same day shipping, though we make every effort to do so.
Most Canada post parcels will take approximately 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination, plus processing time.
Orders placed separately will be shipped as separate shipments. We cannot combine multiple orders for shipping after an order has been placed. Order cancellation and change requests may not always be processed before your order has shipped.
Though we will make every effort to do so when possible.
Damages / Shortages
Although very infrequent, if your order is missing a product, or if you receive a damaged item or damaged package it must be reported to Johnstone's Products Ltd. immediately. You must notify us within 24hrs of receiving your package. This will allow us to remedy the problem for you by submitting a damages claim. You must take clear photos of the product and packaging and email them to Johnstone's Products Ltd. You must keep all packaging materials, boxes, paper, bubble wrap etc.
Why can't some items be shipped?
Some items are too heavy or too large for shipping or may be classified as dangerous goods.
Some items may be fragile and we want to make sure that you receive your purchase in one piece.
These items are available for in-store pick up only.
Order Tracking:
If you choose Canada Post Shipping as your shipping method, your will be given a Canada Post Tracking Number. This service will allow you to monitor your package as it makes its way to its final address.
If you choose a flat rate shipping option the tracking will be emailed to you but the carrier will vary. This will allow you to track your order as it makes its way to its final address.
When your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation containing a tracking confirmation number.
